The Greater Belfast area is serviced from the local depot, with a fleet of vehicles and staff focussed on delivering a high quality of service to a large catchment area.
This location offers us the opportunity to provide a quicker turnaround service to our customer base in Belfast, Lisburn, Carryduff, Comber, Ballynahinch, Hillsborough etc.
At present, this site is used as a transfer station where waste is stored prior to onward transportation to our Materials Recycling Facility on the outskirts of Downpatrick for sorting, treatment, recycling or landfilling.
At the MacNabb Waste head office and MRF in Downpatrick, an additional fleet of vehicles and staff service the local areas of Downpatrick, Newcastle, Saintfield, Crossgar, Newry, Banbridge etc.
The MRF facility with 56,000 sqft under roof carries out all landfill diversion activities for the Company.
