MacNabb Bros (Waste Disposal) Ltd are proud to highlight our commitment to the environment; we have led the way of future legislation through adopting our own stringent recycling targets/requirements. Having envisaged in the late nineties a change in both the public mindset and how the government viewed waste disposal, Mac Nabb Bros (Waste Disposal) Ltd set about defining new methods of dealing with waste materials. The directors assigned a local waste consultancy company with the task of evaluating current recycling systems and assessing the feasibility of assimilating these processes into the daily operations of the business.

In 2001, MacNabb Bros (Waste Disposal) Ltd purchased a large redundant site on the outskirts of Downpatrick for use as a Materials Recycling Facility (MRF). This location encompasses 56,000 sq feet of undercover operating space plus a comparable secure outside storage area. The site is secured by high level fencing, an ADT fitted Alarm System and 24 hour CCTV surveillance. 

Our telephone system is manned 14 hours per day and we endeavour to offer at very least next day service provision. All our employees have been trained and encouraged to self-manage. They are empowered with the authority and responsibility necessary to carry out their daily duties.
